4. Info Products

Info Products are digital materials delivered electronically upon purchase. Delivery occurs immediately after payment confirmation.

5. Goods

Goods are physical products shipped to an address you provide. Shipping times vary based on destination.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in local currency. You agree to pay all charges as described in invoices or order confirmations. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. Prices exclude taxes and duties which are your responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Due to the custom nature of software development, Service fees are generally non-refundable once work begins. If you request cancellation before we start any work, we will issue a refund of any payment made, less administrative fees, within 14 days. If work is in progress, you may apply any unused portion of fees as credit toward future services. All reimbursements will be issued via your original method of payment.

7.2 Info Products

Digital materials are available for review upon access. We grant a 7-day review period from the date of delivery. If you notify us within that period that the product is unsatisfactory, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days. After the review period, all sales are final.

7.3 Goods

If Goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Approved reimbursements for Goods will be processed via your original method of payment. You may choose to receive a credit toward future purchases instead of a refund.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain express or accelerated delivery options are sold on a non-refundable basis due to resource allocation. This includes any rush development sprints that commence immediately upon order confirmation. These options are clearly labeled as non-refundable at checkout.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid for the applicable Service, Info Product, or Good. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Company remain the property of Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for Services, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables as intended.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via our website or email.
